Connect and Support
The Tec Exec is excited to announce a new partnership on the South Coast with the first NBN Community Support Hub. Batemans Bay is the first location where regular digital support events are being held to support the community after the devastating fires of 2020. Covering smart technologies, online safety, devices and device maintenance, getting connected and of course the cloud – a topic confusing for many. Events explore the use of apps and online technology and provide support to students of all ages.
Events are being held in person at the high tech hub by NBN support team, in conjunction with The Tec Exec and with some special guests Zooming in to help others find effective ways to build digital awareness and get the most from their online experience.

Smartphones and online technologies can make a big difference to everyday life. Complex technology can however feel like a burden but understood and effective technology can greatly assist us.
Throughout 2021 The Tec Exec is offering consistent local support networks and digital mentoring services to help locals identify for themselves what technology they need and to provide sessions to ensure learners can use their selected technology with confidence.
The Tec Exec’s local IT training events and support services are Federally Funded by multiple community-driven federal programs such as: Be Connected, Smartphone Education, and the Training and Digital Support Programs.
